Appointments are based on availability; not all types of appointments are available to be scheduled online or during peak Tax Season dates.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. Our Drop-Off procedure has improved as we now provide a Secure Drop Box, which only allows staff members to retrieve documents. No appointment is needed, you can conveniently drop off your tax documents by putting everything in an envelope and dropping it in the box. The drop box is available Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, and on Saturdays from 8am to 2pm.
2. Appointments for Pick-Ups are made only by the office staff.
Yet, as of 3/11/2024 we will not be able to allow clients to schedule their own Appointments for Tax Planning or Reviews due to our current workload. To address any concerns or questions regarding your current 2023 tax file with C & C Tax Service, we kindly request you to contact us via email at staff@candctax.com.
After 4/15/2024, additional appointments will be offered for the 2024 Tax Year, including Advisory Appointments to plan ahead to better position yourself financially and review options to improve your future tax situation.
