Client Portal

For security purposes we do NOT   permit attachments to be emailed to us and offer our clients access to a secure 'Client Portal'.  Our Client Portal is your secure electronic gateway to a collection of digital files, services, and information, accessible over the Internet through a web browser.  The client portal uses 'File Exchange' to enable our Staff and Clients to exchange files in a secure environment.

If you encounter an issue while trying to log in, please contact us at Request Assistance via the submission form below.

***URGENT CLIENT PORTAL UPDATE***

The File Exchange feature will be discontinued, and a new  feature called ClientFlow  will appear on the left sidebar of your client portal. Once you select ClientFlow, click on your client folder to upload documents to us.

On November 13, 2024, an announcement was sent advising clients to save their tax returns from previous years, if they have not already. Access to your individual tax returns on the client portal will be discontinued after December 23, 2024. This change is part of our initiative to reduce file storage costs and ensure we can continue offering a FREE portal to clients. Please note that due to the high volume of work during tax season, there will be a $25 administrative fee for an electronic copy of prior-year tax returns, if needed.

All communications between our firm and the user are encrypted using 128-bit encryption. This is the same functionality used by banks and popular e-commerce services for secure communication. We also store your files encrypted when they are at rest on our servers, adding an additional layer of security. To protect against data loss, our servers are equipped with technology that automatically mirrors all data in real-time to two separate locations. Regular incremental and full backups of all system data are performed, including off-site data backups stored in two separate secure physical locations, to protect against almost all disaster scenarios.
